How to backdate an order in Shopify

Step 1: Navigate to the Order Editing Tab

1. Open the Editify Order Editor app from your Shopify admin.
2. Click on the Order Editing tab in the navigation menu.

Step 2: Find the Order

1. Use the search bar to find the order you want to backdate.
2. Click on the order to open the order details.

Step 3: Enter Advanced Mode

1. Locate the Advanced Mode toggle in the order editing interface.
2. Enable Advanced Mode to access additional editing options.

Step 4: Adjust the Order Date

1. Find the Created At field in the advanced settings.
2. Modify the order date to the desired past date.

Step 5: Review and Confirm

1. Double-check the updated order details to ensure accuracy.
2. If everything looks correct, click Save Changes.

Alternate Way: Using Admin Action

1. You can get to the page for order editing using the admin action as well.

Your order is now successfully backdated using Editify Order Editor!
